At Anew Healing Apothecary, every product is crafted and packaged with care. Because many of our products are consumable and made for personal wellness, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to protect product integrity, ensure customer safety, and comply with health regulations.
All Sales Are Final
All sales of herbal supplements, herbal teas, and creamed honey are final. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once they have been shipped, for health and safety reasons. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality control and consumer protection.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Herbal supplements and herbal teas
Creamed or infused honey
Custom or special-order products
Digital products, including downloads, guides, or e-books once accessed or delivered
Eligible Refunds
Refunds are only available under the following limited circumstances:
You received the wrong item or a defective product due to an error on our part
Your order arrived damaged in transit and you provide photo evidence within 7 days of delivery
To request a review for a replacement or refund under these conditions, you must contact support@anewhealingapothecary.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will cover the product cost only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (if applicable), unless the error was on our part.
Digital Products
All sales of digital products (including e-books, PDFs, courses, or downloads) are final and non-refundable. Access is granted immediately upon purchase, and digital products cannot be “returned.” If you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us within 7 days so we can help restore access or reissue your download link.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in production or in transit, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Anew Healing Apothecary is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or lost packages once an order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier. We will, however, assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier if necessary.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original form of payment within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Right to Refuse Refunds
Anew Healing Apothecary reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the conditions above or appears to be fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our stated policy.
