At Anew Healing Apothecary, we take great care in packaging and shipping your orders so they arrive safely and on time. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following shipping terms and conditions.

 

Processing Times

 

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

 

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

 

Processing times may be longer during sales, holidays, or high-demand periods.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

 

Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

 

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order leaves our facility, delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors are beyond our control.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier rates.

 

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions (terms and conditions apply).

 

Third-Party Fulfillment

 

Some merchandise items, such as apparel or accessories, may be shipped directly from our third-party printing or fulfillment partners.

 

If your order contains items shipped separately, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and packages.

 

Shipping times for third-party fulfilled items may vary and are subject to the policies of the respective fulfillment provider.

 

⚠️ Please note: Third-party fulfilled items may arrive at a different time than items shipped directly from Anew Healing Apothecary. Orders containing a mix of in-house and third-party products may not arrive together.

 

Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

 

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international addresses unless otherwise stated.

 

Certain products (such as herbal blends, tinctures, or honey) may be subject to shipping restrictions based on state or federal regulations.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

 

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, Anew Healing Apothecary is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

 

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [X days, e.g., 3 days] of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can assist you with a replacement or claim.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

 

We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the order.

 

International Shipping

 

Customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

 

Changes to This Policy

 

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website.
